Bevon "Brad" McLean is the founder and managing attorney for McLean Law PLLC. His practice focuses on advising clients on a range of matters related to: Commercial and Residential Real Estate, which includes, among other things, purchase, sale, refinancing, and financing transactions. Additionally, he advises clients on matters related to: Estate Planning, such as preparing and drafting of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives/Living Wills, and application and processing for Title XIX (Medicaid) benefits.
